My first initial thoughts are that this place lacks some serious customer service skills and communication amongst the staff. I inquired about a property and was passed along to 3 different people before finally getting an apt to view the property of interest. We met with Barb who stayed in her vehicle the entire time, seemed annoyed being there and was really not professional or helpful at all. We absolutely loved the property and filled out the application immediately. We ran into some issues and I was told to email Barb with any concerns. I did. Explaining there were issues with the application

As a tenant I'm beyond disappointed with the services from this company. They make empty promises, and anything that is their responsibility to repair takes forever if ever get fixed. Moreover, in my lease paper the house should've had central air conditioning, i asked when i seeing the house and agent also confirmed there is AC. But there isn't! They wont install one because it cost a lot, and said they will give me 2 portable ACs, but brought over 1 and stopped responding. And this portable AC barely keeping up in this heat wave.... there are many other things to be fixed, but they keep ignoring

We chose not to sign an agreement with this company. Here are is a list of reasons:
- We were stiffed on the first viewing
- The representative didn't seem very knowledgeable during the second attempt
- the appartment was advertised to be 800 sqft, but moments before signing the owner decided to remove ~400 sqft crawl space from the agreement
- the appartment was advertised to have 2 parking spots, but the owner laid claim to one of the renters' spots
- the management company was ineffective at communicating between us and the owner
- the owner seemed to have a history of problems with past

We set up a viewing of one of their properties that they were showing for a client. First they gave us the wrong price for one of the properties. Next, they sent their assistant (who I am pretty sure is the owner's mother - which is fine but she knew nothing about the rentals). When I asked about the neighbourhood she said she didn't know. I asked if it was families or students and she said I don't know and asked me what have you heard. The backyard in the property didn't have grass and I asked when it would be done, she said she would assume some time soon. On top of this, our application was

It was quite disappointing the level of customer service (or rather lack thereof) I received with one of the real estate agents of this company. I saw a rental property listed in Oshawa that I was interested in. I called the agent that was supposedly showing this property and we made firm plans to see the property that evening. Just to provide a little bit of context, I was travelling from a few cities away looking to rent in this city-
