If it was possible to give a company ZERO stars I WOULD. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. It took them over 7 months to put together a stone for my father's grave..... they sent us design WITHOUT any Hebrew letters on a stone that was to be put in a Jewish cemetery. WHICH WAS AGAINST their rules of the cemetery. Becky had the nerve to tell me that at one point they put a stone in a cemetery without Hebrew text on it and the cemetery refused the stone. THE POOR FAMILY had to PAY the EXTRA cost of re-doing the stone. THESE PPL ARE CROOKS AND LIARS. Becky would take months just to respond to one
