At some point or another we have all asked ourselves the question "If I could do anything I wanted, what would my job be?" My wife Kathleen Megna and I asked ourselves this question often. Kathleen jokes that, in her adult life, when being a professional bubble gum tester eventually lost its appeal, her answer has always been "traveling the world and taking pictures."
As for Chris "opening a custom framing shop" has been at the top of his list for as long as they have known each other. Now, this dream has become a reality. The couple recently took the reins of Bolton's Skylark Framing and Fine Art. Kathleen was loving working as a personal stylist and manager at a designer consignment boutique in Schomberg where the couple and their two-year-old son Pete live.

Extremely friendly. Extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I'm no artist or decorating expert , but you can't tell that once I pick up my pictures/Prints from Skylark. We get positive comments when ever someone walks in and has a look at the pieces hanging in the house. Thanks Skylark. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I think we're on our 5th piece framed at Skylark! The design suggestions and exeptional workmanship makes it worth every penny. Photographs (new and restored) become works of art for our home and gifts for others. We have so many more treasures to have beautifully framed so we can exhibit them and pass them along as family heirlooms and memories that shouldn't be relegated to a box or the back of a closet. Superb customer service from Kathleen and meticulous attention to detail from Chris make this the ONLY framing shop we will ever use.

I got a print that I needed to have framed and am so happy with the results! I don't remember the owners name, but she was so nice and took her time showing me all of the framing options and my order was ready for pickup in just a few days. I am so pleased with the final product, I will definitely return the next time I need something framed.
