Waited 7 months for my new Honda motorcycle, was told it would only be 3. Shipping delays are not their fault, but keeping me updated would have been courteous. And when the pickup date was arranged, the sales guy never showed up for my appointment. I had to go back several hours later. Bike assembly was less then perfect: tire pressures ridiculously over-inflated, handlebars we’re loose, throttle and clutch levers were incorrectly adjusted, no owner’s manual provided, blah, blah, blah. I love Honda’s but I will buy my next one elsewhere and I won’t go there for service or warranty.

I just purchased a 2021 atv and I cant say enough good things about my experience. Sometimes as a young women it can be hard to get good service while dealing with the automotive industry but I had absolutely no issues and felt extremely respected by everyone at west city honda. Huge thanks to Chad Musclow and Greg Rupnow!

Well. I've purchased a number of parts and lubricants from West City Powersports. I've found Mike and Del to be fantastic to deal with. Very knowledgeable, very patient.
I've bought aftermarket stuff online, but really, when you're 25 large in for a side by side get your supplies here. Not much difference in price and in some cases less than online.

The sales team was very helpful, however the service side is absolutely atrocious. The service side lacks customer service skills, they were rude and belligerent. Trying to get an answer from them on anything was like pulling teeth. I would never purchase another Honda from here ever again, and I’ll be making sure none of my friends or family make the same mistake we did.

Very helpful on the desk or phone if you know your stuff. I was on here today after ordering a part early this week and found that I ordered the wrong part. Not only did they point me in the right direction, they even took the time to print part of the manual for me to get the codes of a 2002 Foreman Rubicon 500. If you need help and/or parts,I can highly recommend these team players.
