So we went there to look at dirt bikes for my 11yr old. They don't have much but as we were leaving an employee asked if we needed anything. I explained what we were after and he turned to my 11yr old and had a great conversation offering tips etc. Made my son feel like a million bucks being spoken to like a customer. Wish I knew his name but whoever it is thank you and my son will be back there I'm sure getting a real road bike sometime in the future. BTW, an amazingly awesome store. So cool.

If you are considering buying a vehicle from Apex Cycle ,you need to read this..
I bought a new Polaris 850 Sportsman Trail from Apex Cycle and on the first ride I noticed a strange noise coming from the ATV, called Apex and explained the noise to my salesman. I was told to bring it back and they would check it out, when I returned it 6 days after purchasing it, the service manager basically told me that Polaris will not pay them to look for the noise but to leave it and they will see what they can do. the next day Kevin from service called and told me the ATV was ready and there was nothing wrong

Ordered spark plug wires for my polaris atv. Got a call my order is ready to pick up. Drove 1 hour to pick up my parts. Was only given 1 of 2 wires and they said they will mail me the other one. Biggest waste of time. Someone doesn't understand the concept of calling customers when the FULL order is ready. Nice showroom but I guess decent help is hard to find.

I purchased a brand new 2021 KTM Duke 890R in October. I did everything through email and made arrangements as I had to drive down from Sudbury to pick it up. Roughly 12 hours after leaving Sudbury, with my pickup and bike trailer in tow, I was back home. Obviously, having a brand new bike an inaugural ride was in order.
Unfortunately, after unpacking, gearing up and hopping on the bike, I went to start it and it just clicked. Would not turn over. The service light was on. I used the menu to check battery voltage and it was sitting at 11.9V. Nowhere near a full charge. Disappointed, being unable

Purchased a new Polaris 850 Sportsman from Apex and had a noise issue with it and had to take it to another dealer to have warranty work done to it as Apex Cycle told me that Polaris does not pay for warranty work????
Very weird experience, buyer beware, ask about warranty work and where to take it if you have an issue with your new purchase.

They were super nice and did some warranty work that I needed. I called and booked an appointment and they answered some questions I had. They told me my bike had to be in the shop all day for what needed to be done but it would be ready by the end of day which it was. They were clean and friendly and it is close to us so nice and convenient. They only feed back I would give is whoever was working on it had greasy hands as I had to wash my bike after. Otherwise good service and quality work. Will use their service again.

Made the drive out from Halton to check out their inventory. Worth the drive as they have a lot of bikes, sleds and quads in stock. New, used and parts and accessories.
It's a nice no pressure environment. Staff asked if were ok or needed help and we said we were just looking- which they replied no problem.
We were able to look, touch, move, sit on and drool on many of these awesome machines with no problem.
This is awesome as some places won't even let you swing a leg over or handle the bikes.
Will definitely come back in future when I convince the boss it's time to trade up
