Okay, so this is my honest review of KW Honda. The guys in parts can help you find what you need to buy - no problem! All good there. For that alone, they would get a 3-4 star. But, when you have an issue, in my case I special ordered a helmet that was too small - that's where things go south - customer service goes out the window.
While I was told this helmet was not refundable, I was also informed that the HJC helmet I was buying would be the same as all other HJC helmets. I sized my helmet based on an HJC helmet I already had - Large. When I received it, it was way too small. Instead of offering

I had a wonderful experience at KW Honda when we went for the second time to have our pit bikes tire fixed. I called in advance and they were courteous and explained what I could expect. When I arrived (being 9 months pregnant and with a toddler in tow) a gentleman came out to assist me with a runaway toy and bringing the tire inside. They were quicker than expected so we only had to wait 20 minutes. I was very impressed with their customer service and knowledge. They spent time explaining a concern they had.

Honda has great motors for small machines. We have a lawn mower, rototiller and snowblower. The last two were bought over the last few years at KW Honda. We just had mower serviced. Buying was a good experience both times. The mower service was impressive. Quicker than anticipated and very reasonably priced. The pull cord was chewed by squirrels. Gave it a good once over and checked blade sharpness all included. KW Honda seems like a good ambassador for the Honda brand.

Bought an 06 Honda ST 1300 late October, very pleased with the bike. There was a small issue with the thermostat which was made a little bit more complicated because I live out of town and it was now December. I spoke with Todd and he gave me several options and in no time we had the bike running again. Excellent service and very professional staff. I would definitely buy my next bike from KW Honda.

Ordered my new bike and did trade in all over email from Florida. Rob was a big help and everything was ready when I finally got over to get the new Gold Wing. Have also bought a couple of accessories and maintenance items as well. Planning on ordering a cover from them soon. Convenient location on the north end. They also have most other Honda equipment as well. Service guy also gave a great overview of the bike when I picked it up.

Extremely satisfied with the purchase of my new Honda Foreman 500. Nick the sales guy was super friendly and not your typical pushy sales person. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with the whole process. I even scored some free stickers!! Would definitely recommend KW Honda over any other powersports dealer around!
