The Defence Group handles all criminal cases, from theft to homicide. More specifically, Arun S. Sexual offences are considered by the police and the courts to be extremely serious and they attract some of the most severe penalties in the Criminal Code.

I had the opportunity to watch a courtroom trial where Arun Maini was the lawyer for the defendant. I was so amazed by his professionalism and his homework on the subject matter. I met Arun Maini when I was a second-year law student, but I wish I had met him earlier because right from the start, he has been an absolutely invaluable mentor.
