Community Addiction and Mental Health Services of Haldimand & Norfolk provides community-based mental health services for people aged 16 and older and addiction services for people of all ages. Services include assessment, counseling, consultation, support, advocacy, and case management. Individual and group counseling is available.

The length of counseling is determined by each clients situation. When another community partner is better-suited to assist, every effort is made to ensure a smooth linkage to that resource. CAMHS is a leader in community mental health and addiction services, supporting the wellness and recovery journey.
Services
The Wellness & Recovery Centre provides a safe, friendly environment where people living with a mental illness, mental health challenge and/or addiction can take part in a range of activities contributing to their overall recovery and wellness. Your membership with the Centre provides you with many rights; however with your rights come responsibilities.
You have the right to a respectful environment. You have the responsibility to be respectful of others (e.g. in the waiting room, turning off cell phones). You have the right to a clean and tidy environment. You have the responsibility to use garbage receptacles and maintain the order of the waiting area.
The photos in this gallery collection are works by members of the Wellness & Recovery Centre who participate in the photo club through our VOICE program. The program provides individuals, living with a mental illness and/or addiction the opportunity and resources to give expression to their thoughts, feelings and emotions, through photography, music and art.
The Addiction Mobile Outreach Team (AMOT) provides support to individuals living with substance use concerns, problem gambling or concurrent disorders. The three main pillars of the AMOT program are engagement, (situational) assessment, and prevention through education. The mobile team engages people throughout Haldimand and Norfolk 'where they are located'.
The Mobile Crisis Rapid Response Team (MCRRT) partners a uniformed Ontario Provincial Police officer with an experienced mental health professional to respond as first responders to calls through 911 and at the discretion of the On Duty Sergeant. The program provides persons in crisis, their families and caregivers with timely and appropriate crisis intervention.
