They did a great job cleaning our furnace and ducts. They used the newer compact equipment which works great and even had a camera to show the debris in the ducts. We saw lots of construction dust and drywall that came out from new home build from a few years ago and the previous furnace company obviously did not clean it properly.

It is December day with -18C outside. Temperature inside the house 15C. I know I have a problem with my heating system. As Peter from Canada Duct is my person to go-to for over 10 years, I gave him a call. He was busy but promised me to come in an hour. When Peter came, he diagnosed problem quickly, ordered parts and installed them the same day. I am really grateful for his reliability and professionalism.

Peter was professional and very nice. He showed me before and after photos of the vents so I could see what had been done.
Last year, a strange sound came on sometimes when the furnace started up and we called him to come check it out, but of course the sound didn’t happen while he was here so he couldn’t diagnose. He didn’t charge us for that visit!

Peter brings his vehicle to Grande Cache every August and he is always fully booked.
