Update: I would give 0 starts if Icould. Tenants have been advising management of security issues in the garage for years (theft, loitering). It took vandals actually smashing the front entrance of the building for the company to finally increase security.
315 McRae : the team's great and the building's well managed but the underground parking is awful. I've been using it daily for 3 years and there have been bike thefts, vandalism, and I've seen more than 1 homeless person loitering during and outside business hours. Yes there's a person doing security rounds and they have security cameras but

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Just leaving my two cents as a tenant at 315 McRae. While the building itself is of decent quality and maintenance, their professional staff is FAR from competent. Good luck trying to get a hold of them or getting a reasonable/timely response on anything big or small.

315 just doesn't care about cleanliness or safety. I've been contacting them about garage issues for MONTHS. This is what I find there about every scnd week: random container/bag left in the middle of the parking or even better -- random FarmBoy cart with a dirty tissue in it, left in a fresh puddle of god knows what (which is not coming from the pipe) which went down one bicycle rack and trickled down to the main lane in the early hours of the morning. I feel bad for people parking their bicycles there/walking through the lane to go to FarmBoy.
And these are just a few examples of many, I regularly

I'm not even a tenant but was informed this company manages the underground parking for Farmboy on McRae. I occasionally use the garage when grocery shopping and decided I'd park outside from now on a few weeks ago. I'm apparently not the only one having some issues with access and cleanliness so hopefully this will change ...

My kid lives at 315 and I have to agree with the comments about the garage. Those date from a year ago so I don't know what they're waiting for here... You would expect a clear plan for those types of issues

Underground parking is awful at 315. They used to clean it every few months, now it's been half a year. There's literally a layer of brown dust that piles up on my car after 24 hrs. Like another reviewer said, there's been theft and vandalism but they don't do anything about it. There are now regular loiterers who I suspect live there. No, I'm not joking. They could easily restrict access but refuse to for unknown reasons. Get defensive if you bring up any issues. Mention security cameras which are useless. All of this at the expense of tenants' safety. Go figure... Suggestion for tenants: sign

On the parking issue: closing public Farmboy and elevator access afterhours is probably the only thing you need to do (and maintain cameras/security rounds). We've all seen the same people wandering around on p1 AND p2.
Any residential or commercial tenant (Farmboy/bank employees) will still have access to the garage with a key or a fob.
The key is prevention, not acting after the fact. There's no use in asking people to call and discuss further - everything's already been clearly described by others and you're aware of the issue. Also agree that the garage should be cleaned way more often than

About the owners response to undergound parking:
"Because the garage is used for public parking, access is not restricted. If we did restrict access after business hours, we would not be able to offer guest parking for residents."
That's 100% false. You can **very easily** restrict access. Guest parking for residents has absolutely nothing to do with this.
"We take tenant safety seriously which is why we have notices and cameras throughout the parking garage. In addition, on the rare occasions that there is theft or vandalism in the parking garage we take appropriate actions with tenants and

My experience with Colonnade Bridgeport was disappointing. The property managers was extremely rude and disrespectful. If you're looking for a property management company I would suggest doing your research/looking around for a more professional team.

This is a review for 315 McRae. Expensive, small units marketed as "luxury living" when there isn't really anything luxurious about it. Management refuse to turn on the air conditioning during the summertime until they decide it's time. My apartment is boiling day and night. I imagine a lot of people are complaining as they continue to send out mass emails to tenants saying "no we are not turning the air conditioning on."
The biggest units are slightly over 800 square feet and currently priced at around $2500/month. This does not include hydro, or parking (which is $150 a month) or a storage locker
