Just got off a call with the receptionist. Worst customer service ever. It's my first time calling and her tone is just rude. I am asking about my professional liability insurance and she just sounds like she doesn't want to help at all. Do you want business from me or what?

They are very slow at taking care of your questions, do not listen and are rude about it on top of it all. They treated me like I was stupid, instead of taking the time to listen. Their quote very high compared to other places I looked, more than double. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

POOR customer service! I called them in the afternoon asking for a housing insurance. The broker said he was busy with other customer and would call me right back. I hung up and literally waited for 4 hours. At first, I thought they would call me back the next day. However, in fact , they NEVER call me back. I wouldn't bother calling this company if they don't value their customers .

Got a quote with this broker but when I received the policy the premium was higher than what was quoted. I complained but nothing was done. No good service, in my opinion.
