We desperately needed a new hot water heater as our ancient hot water tank was heavily leaking and was basically about to go. We were set on getting a tankless water heater and I reached out to Convertible after receiving quotes from two other companies (one sent a pre-inspection technician that was not pleasant to deal with, and the other quoted a hefty price). Convertible was by far the easiest to communicate and deal with, and quoted the most competitive price. They are a family run business and I was contacted by the retired owner who sent his son Chris to our house for a quick pre-inspection

Furnace, AC & Water Heater upgrade from my 1970's equipment. Also, needed to move my location to other part of basement so required duct work.
Obtained 3 quotes, Convertible were the best because they did everything under one roof, no sub-contracting for ducting etc..which alot of companies do.
Professional all the way, from Chris on the quoting side and Brandon was our Lead installation guy (2 in total working on out installation), very good communicator and that's very important to me.
I want to be on the same page as the person doing the actual work, because my upgrade was a big job with

After my furnace stopped working in the middle of the night, my mom referred me to this company after she hired them to replace her furnace late 2020, I was so pleased from the beginning of the process to the end of it.
The salesman was kind and generous, loaning us 4 space heaters to keep my family warm.
And the two installation gentlemen, we’re also kind and generous, and practised safe COVID-19 protocols while in my home. I was very pleased with the whole experience and now my house is nice and warm!

New AC Install
My 25 years old AC started to give problems and decided to replace it. Because I had my furnace replaced almost 10 years ago by Convertible Air i decided to give them a call. I had the pleasure to speak with Chris in sales and he provided my with multiple options and of course Convertible Air price was the best compared with the other companies I called. He was able to book the install very fast. The two technicians were amazing. They were very professional in all aspects: very polite, remove old unit, prepare the platform outside for the new unit, install the new unit. Inside remove
