Around 11-12 years ago we bought a new 80k btu York furnace from this company and from the very first week we had nothing by problems. We called them back multiple times & they could never figure out why we kept on hitting the high limit on this furnace. Year after year on cold winters it would stop blowing out heat and just circulate the air which would make the house cold at night when we were sleeping. We were told to open up an air return and keep the vents open to help solve the issue which we did but it did not solve the issue. Not realizing it at the time the owner knew what the issue was

Did not fix the problem . Came to my house twice put on a part still had same issue.kept calling back they never wanted to help me .the techs have no idea what there doing
