Arthurs Fuel Inc. is a family owned business that has been passed down through three generations of Arthurs. Originating in Harriston, Jack Arthurs began the business in 1960 operating as White Rose which later became Shell Oil. At a young age, Terry decided he would like to follow in his dad's footsteps, so he began working for him.
At the age of 19, Terry made a significant change in his life by moving to Orangeville and opening his own business. Terry Arthurs Fuel. He ran both the office as well as drove the only fuel truck he had in operation. He started working as an agent for White Rose, Shell Oil and Petro Canada. Later, Terry's two sons joined their father in what was becoming "The Family Business".

Arthurs Fuel recommends having your equipment cleaned and serviced annually. This will help to prolong the life of your equipment and keep any manufacturers warranties valid (if applicable).
Did you know that as part of the Oil Installation Code (B139; Annex L - Maintenance - Residential Installations L.1.1) it notes that the "Owner or operator of the oil-burning equipment shall ensure, at least once per year, that it is maintained in accordance with Clauses L.1.2 to L.5".It is essential that your Oil operating system be serviced on an Annual basis.

I have been a customer with Arthurs for 16 years now , and find there service GREAT . From the dispatchers to the accounts payable .
Bailed me out on a cold Friday night when i though I had more fuel than I did but I was out, of fuel completely. One of there driver's came at 6:30 pm on a Friday and filled my tank. Cheer's to all the employees at Arthur's keep up the good work . Your Hockley customer Alison

The sales representative came over to my property, he told me he would send a quote. A week later I finally had a quote, i filled out all their paperwork and waited for an installation date. At no time did I ever think I was going to finally receive a phone call a week after I sent in the paper work. I was told i could not have service and when i asked why they could not tell me. I asked to speak with a manager and they refused. They seemed pretty sketchy to me.

Personally I was referred to Arthur's Fuel by a friend . The initial work done by Arthur's was top notch . I have been with them now for 4 years - i have found their prices reasonable and a call to fill the tank done quickly . Sometimes the only reviews to be read are negative ones and the Satisfied or Happy customer just sends more referrals towards a company doing a great job . All I can say is sometimes a customer has a lot of exterior stresses on them and is dissatisfied no matter how reasonable a company has handled a situation - just spend an hour in traffic and no need to say anymore . Sooo
