One of the worst brokers Desjardins has to offer! I strongly suggest no one ever do business with this company and this broker. I was involved in an accident despite being insured on two vehicles and my claim was denied on the basis of exclusion which had no merit. When dealing with this broker Scott Strike he never explained to us and told us what OPCF 28 is, not the standard OPCF 28A which is widely used. In my discussions with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario they were surprised to hear such a clause existed and it could be put in a policy without a signature. Be very careful

They are bad workers and the brokers there are very rude especially Scott and his workers they do not know how to make any good Insurance Deals and when i would ask what the price was they told me that they were going to take money before telling me the price of how much my insurance price was going to be, this location is very bad and the system is always down with poor service. And the pink slip they never bothered to send this is the worst customer service i have ever dealt with and they are very unprofessional.
