We purchased 4 cargo vans for our company just last week. We couldn't go in to see them since the dealership was closed due to the virus. We concluded the purchases all through email and phone calls only. They had plenty of pictures of each vehicle and the salesperson was more than helpful and patient with all our questions and concerns. They don't test drive but they do offer the best warranty we came across when comparing to other places.
Bottom line, we have no regrets purchasing remotely and we definitely recommend Palmery Motors for buying work trucks!

I'll give them two stars for a decent selection of vehicles, but we went in to buy our companies fifth service vehicle and both guys working couldn't even be bothered to get up from their desks... one guy says all the trucks are unlocked, fine we will look around

Great experience! Being a girl shopping for a van, I was met with a condescending attitude at every other truck dealership. But Theo was extremely helpful, helping me figure out which van works best for my (newly opened, YAY!!!) dog walking business. I love my new Promaster, and how easy it is to drive and park! I purchased a 2015 Mercedes Sprinter van with less than 100,000kms on it for my business. Only 3 days after I picked it up, it left me stranded on the side of the road. I called Palmery immediately and they said that it was my responsibility to get it back to their shop to have it looked at. I live and work in Muskoka so to have it towed there is not reasonable, it would cost a fortune for a 2 hour drive! I then asked if I could have the paperwork for the last service it received, and surprise, they couldn't provide that. In the end, I took it to a Mercedes dealership to get looked at
