Bob and Dora opened the doors of Dora's Delicatessen and Catering in the fall of 2001 and hit the ground running. Using their old- fashioned cooking roots and implementing new innovative recipes, they continuously created stunning dishes and award winning catering for everyone to enjoy! Their commitment to producing an outstanding product was always very important to them and still continues to be our number one priority today.

In 2016, we proudly unveiled our new food truck-Dora's Express! Featuring classic favourites from our popular delicatessen and new, seasonally inspired street food. Dora’s Deli & Catering is amazing ... We ordered two deli sandwiches and they were delicious. But even better were the home made pies and arancinas (rice balls). there are three reasons why i would recommend this deli to others: 1) the food is delicious and you can tell it’s made with care; 2) good value as the quality of the food for the price is great; 3) great customer service as the staff / owners were friendly and efficient. Overall this is a great place for delicious food at a fair price!

We used Dora's to cater a staff event. The food arrived exactly when it was promised, it was hot, DELICIOUS and there was a large quantity! We had the "Thanksgiving Feast" perfect for a classic dinner feeling. Just like Grandma used to make but without the hassle of doing it yourself! 100% will use Dora's Catering again.

My wife and I used Dora's catering service for our wedding. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Mary and her team for taking care of us. The food was incredible and she was accommodating all along the way even during a last minute number change due to the gathering restriction.
She is also very fairly priced and didn't break the bank. I would have paid MUCH more for her food and will be using her services in the future.

Walking along Ottawa St we found this little deli. A great place to pick up a quick bite Meat Pies, Sausage rolls, fresh fruit pies, pierogies, a selection of deli meats and other yummy foods to fill your palate. The staff are super welcoming and very helpful. Tried one of their tasty raspberry pie and a sausage roll...excellent home made quality. Looking to cater? The have some great options with reasonable prices. Drop in and say hi and grab a pie on your way out!

I can't express how grateful I am that Dora's came into our life and saved our wedding!
When our original plan for catering fell through less than two months (!!) before our wedding, I called Dora's in a panic, hoping against hope that Dora's would be available. As soon as I talked to Mary, my stress began to melt away, as she was so kind, empathetic, and professional, and thank goodness, she had an opening that day and was able to be our caterer.

Amazingly friendly owner. I was unfamiliar with a number of items for sale, and she took the time to answer all my questions. I ended up buying a few items for supper that evening and was happy with everything. Prices are very reasonable. Variety of meats and cheeses as well as some home made items for sale.
