He set up safe Covid protocols to limit in-person contact, and still ensured I could see that the repair had been completed and tested. His rates were very reasonable.

I would give zero stars if I could for this repair "service". I have a 3-year-old 49" Samsung smart TV that suddenly stopped working. Based on some positive reviews, I contacted In Home TV, only to find out that it is $200 to get him on-site. I paid the $54 to diagnose the issue and dropped the TV off at his location. Two days pass and I get a quote for $700 to repair the TV. I refuse this as a new TV with a full warranty is only a few dollars more when on sale. When I indicate not to repair, the price drops to $500 as he found "another source" for parts. When I decline that offer as well and say

I brought them in to repair HDMI ports that broke off my TV. Hai responded very quickly and got me an appointment a few days later. It took a lot of back and forth (the reason I deducted one star), but eventually I did get a good result: ports are repaired at about the cost I expected. Hai is a very friendly guy. He gave me a couple of little tips on how to avoid damaging them again. I'd be happy to hire them again.

Excellent and fast service. My LG 65 inch tv stopped functioning. Sent in a request online and had a response within the hour. Dropped it off and was ready in 24 hours and picked it up the following day. Very happy with it so far, saved me from replacing it which would have cost x3 the price. Would recommend!

My parents needed their big screen TV fixed in home. They got in touch with In Home TV & Electronic Service Sunday morning, and by Sunday evening not only had an estimate (much less than replacing the TV) but a repair date following the holiday Monday. In Home TV & Electronic Service called ahead so my Mom could be ready, and were professional, quick, and the TV is as good as new if not better. I would 100% recommend them to family and friends.
