Services
We are a group of mental health service providers with collectively over 100 years of experience in treating PTSD, addictions, anxiety, depression, child and youth behavioural issues, couples counselling, and more. Our clinicians work with clients aged 4-99. All of our clinicians are educated at the Masters level in their respective colleges and are always actively updating their education.
Here at Mental Health and Addiction Services of Ottawa, we try our best to accommodate all those that need help. In order to do this, we have moved all of our therapy meetings online. SMART Recovery Meetings are open to the Public. There is no cost to attend, however a hat is passed for donations. Whether your addictive behaviour includes substances (alcohol & drugs) or behaviours (gambling, sex, eating, self harm) SMART can help.
The SMART Recovery 4-Point Program helps people recover from all types of addiction and addictive behaviors, including: drug abuse, drug addiction, substance abuse, alcohol abuse, gambling addiction, cocaine addiction, prescription drug abuse, sexual addiction, and problem addiction to other substances and activities.

Rosalind is a Muppet who only does reflective counseling, meaning she just repeats back to you what your saying. And Shontelle went on to analyze me based on the word of a known liar and manipulator and only after trying to have an impromptu counseling session with me where I declined. If Shontelle had been there in the couples counseling sessions with me, she would see that every time I brought an issue up, I was attacked verbally by my partner and the Muppet Rosalind didn't do a thing to stop the abuse and instead repeated everything back to us. Do not go here!!! And the 5 star reviews. One is
