PROCEED WITH CAUTION!! Literally walked out in the middle of our kitchen renovation that he committed to doing! Out of the blue he told us he is not finishing, and left. He left electrical and plumbing work unfinished and exposed! Broke and ruined pot lights in our rec room bathroom, didn't use ANY vapour or dust barriers during any construction work and our entire house was a messy disaster. We are now left high and dry with wires hanging at the panel, exposed wires and plumbing in our kitchen and he just left. Completely unprofessional, shady and underhanded. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. A friend of mine had recommended this contractor mid-way thru his own project for some work I needed done, then about half way thru he got sloppy and started not covering things, leaving dirt and construction grime everywhere, delaying when he was supposed to come finish, then the contractor bailed completely on the job mid way through!!
He said he was "too busy to finish" and walked away with his money. Then he dodged all his calls and my friend still can't get hold of him. Thank God my project got delayed before it could start, I dodged a bullet on this one!
