Peter Tancredi has made his construction company's motto "Not the biggest, but the Best" through his long hours spent at each and every building site, personally supervising to ensure the highest degree of quality has been put into every home. He then works long hours in the office in his Ancaster home working closely with his clients to ensure that their needs and questions are answered.
Peter has always been a hard worker. Starting as a young, energetic ambitious person with a background in finishing carpentry, he entered into the world of real estate in 1972 by purchasing and renovating old homes. In 1975, Peter decided to build his own homes, thereby starting his own construction company as sole owner, operator, president and superintendent.
