Not impressed with Ship Shape. I have been going there for years now, and would like to think I formed somewhat of a relationship with the family owned business.
It started years ago when I bought a new white jacket and brought it in for dry cleaning. My beautiful white wool coat turned a off white greyish tinge. I let this go, very dissapointed, but I thought, forgive and forget.
Then 3 years ago I brought all these jeans in to be altered as my daughter wouldn't wear flared jeans. Another mess up, the jeans were tapered so slim and tight my daughter couldn't even get her foot throught

I'm not the type of person to write a negative review since most businesses will sort out a problem if you deal face-to-face.
However with Ship Shape they took no accountability when I confronted them in person about small rips in my pants, exactly where a stain was. For the sake of full disclosure, there was a olive oil stain about the size of a dime on my otherwise good-conditioned pants before I had them dry-cleaned. When I brought this issue to the manager's (Kathy) attention she would deflect any accountability - she blamed the manufacturer of my pants, she blamed me for perhaps
