TruckTown isn't exactly brand new. In fact, 57 Lombard Street, has been the home of Edgetown motors since the mid-'70s. Founded in 1974 by John Hinton and his brother Grant, the 2 brothers have sold over 10,000 cars from this corner lot. In the fall of 2020, Grant Hinton decided to retire from selling cars (he will continue to own/operate E.T Fast Lube at the same location).
However, for John (the younger brother) he decided to give the dealership a big reboot and focus mainly on Trucks, SUV's, crossovers & minivans. With over 80% of sales at Hinton Dodge, A & B Ford, Smiths Falls Ford being Trucks and SUV's it sure did make a lot of sense to rebrand this corner as the hot spot for late model trucks.

Honestly, the best experience. They treat their customers with the most respect. They made sure when I felt I was happy with the truck and they personally delivered it to me as if the truck just came off the assembly line. I got to personally purchase my new SUV by working with the General Manager of the dealership. Most sales experiences make you feel uncomfortable and anxious. Whereas I had the best experience buying from Trucktown. Everything felt easy, the team went out of their way to make sure everything was done timely and with quality. Change isn’t always a bad thing!
Not going to lie..My Husband & I spent 6 months trying to find my new car. (I’m kinda picky 😳) As you can imagine, I was extremely excited to pick up my new to me, Mazda CX-9 from The Truck Town in Smiths Falls,ON. Seriously, I can’t say enough about their helpful & excellent customer service and for actually finding my car for me. Jeremy went out of his way to ensure I was happy with everything. 🙏 Highly recommend them.
