They do not portray knowledge of the condominium act of Ontario.
Current issues that our owners are having:
1) They do no response to owners.
2) They do not follow the Condominium Act of Ontario.
3) They removed board members that presented issues, (66% of our board was removed).
4) They refuse to hold meeting.
5) They charge for everything, we get charged if they mail anything in addition to they overhead charges.

UPDATE: Horrible service and incompetent staff. 0/5 Stars.
These are the most pathetic and unprofessional people I have ever seen. Katherine Halupka is terrible. Staff do not have any knowledge of computers. No communication from them, no response when I have an issue.
They are scammers charging exorbitant condo fees that keep going up. No accountability from anyone.

Recently owners at our townhouse complex had questions about the budget and use of condo fees and politely requested a zoom meeting for more information. Eastway felt threatened enough by a polite request for information they threatened punishing people for breaking their almost non-existent COVID-19 protocol in order to limit the ability to meet other condo owners in the same plaza via zoom. Must be hiding something

Spoke to Werner with Eastway Management. Werner was very unpleasant and condescending over the phone. Werner also made false accusations via email response to my inquiry, implying my intent was to “ignore the corporation rules right off the bat” when in fact I was simply inquiring to see if an exception or consideration would be made should I purchase a unit in the building. If my intent was to "ignore the rules right off the bat", why bother to make the inquiry in the first place? It is in making the inquiry and asking the questions that shows regard for the rules and abiding by them. Who

Takes weeks to get a hold of your property manager even after leaving multiple voicemails and notes with the receptionists. Also make sure to have all conversations over email rather than on the phone so that they cannot go back/change their story on what they said. Worst management company I have ever been under.

1 star is overly generous for this company. Pity they dont have zero stars. I owed them $300.00 and they sent me a notice ( in a plain white envelope )that a lien was to be placed on my property. I was out of the country at the time so upon my return I paid by a certified cheque plus interest. Now months later I find out that they didn't cash the certified cheque. No one had the decency to call or email me to notify me. Absolutely horrible experience. So as soon as the market rebounds I will sell my unit and be rid of them forever!

Just as all the other reviews have said, THEY ARE THE WORST! I have sent over 6 emails and left 3 voicemails that have all gone unanswered. Makes me not want to pay my condo fees! Linda is unprofessional. She speaks about other people and acknowledges she received correspondents from them but just doesn't feel the need to return vm or emails. The whole office is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Don't waste your time or hard earned money on this company.

Worst service I've ever gotten in my life. All i wanted to do was book an elevator for moving in.. I got yelled at by the clown they hire named felipe he asked me to bribe him to service the elevator. Mark laughed at me and was as rude as one can be.
This is a company of bullies that will make your life hell! DONT BUY CONDOS IN BUILDING THEY MANAGE. bullies bullies bullies.
With this company you pay 450$ a month for NO AMENITIES and no costumer service. Hell of a company. Stay away .
