Nancy nails refused to do a simple flame design?? All I wanted was solid black and a flame on one finger and they told me no! I was shocked nobody there knew how to do one! Never have I been told no to a design I give for reference. I’ve always gotten somewhat close to what I desired but this women told me she wouldn’t do it or even try.. not happy!! Step your game up or don’t call yourself a nail artist.. poor POOR excuse for a nail salon..

Okay so the one employee (I think his name is Nick,) kept flirting with all the young girls who walked through the door, including me and my friend. Throughout the entire time, he sped through every step and when he got to the filing, he sliced my finger and it wouldn't stop bleeding. After a few mins he told me to go wash it off and that he would take care of it. He proceeded to grab a buffer (to fix it??) and ended up slicing it deeper! I verbally told him I was unhappy and he just kept blowing it off saying I would get a small discount at the end and that it was my fault for moving so much

I like the work the woman do. But I agree the male owner and the older female don't have great people skills. I also didn't like the manicure the older female gave me. She did it too fast and didn't do a good job. The fact that it was a busy day shouldn't have made a difference. Plus I had made an appointment with another technician but this older female decided to do it instead.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
I definitely will not be back. The man (manager?) working there is condescending, rude and obnoxious. I got the impression that he was trying to intimidate me for whatever reason. I could also hear him across the salon talking s*** about clients regarding covid vaccinations for a solid 10 mins. Not exactly relaxing.

The owner was absolutely disgustingly rude to me. I got a full shelic done not even a week later two nails chipped. I went back and they fixed 1. Then the following week 3 more nails chipped. So I went to get them fixed. But they wouldn't fix all the nails that chipped. Just the second nail the chipped the first week. He told me they don't fix any… nails after 1 week. They never told me that before. And he told me not to come back after the 1st week. All while yelling at me.The way he spoke to me was disgusting. You don't talk to anyone that way. He is a very aggressive man. And he behaves

Have been going here for about 2 years now and absolutely love it. Took my 5 year old son for a pedi today, while I understand this might be sorta weird for some, they made him feel right at home and he super enjoyed it. Super clean, we wore masks and they have the Covid protocols under control. Highly recommend.

We just went in for a pedicure, the owner (male) was yelling at myself and sister in the salon because my sister questioned the additional 10.00 charge to remove her nail polish on her pedicure. He then… proceeded to tell his staff to charge me an additional 5.00 for my pedicure and would not explain why, and 5.00 for my removal. My sister decided to not get her pedicure done, my feet were already in the water and she had started working on my toes so I decided to stay and my sister was sitting in the chair beside me. The owner returned and told my sister she had to leave, no explanation

I used to love going to this place but i recently went there to get acrylics and my fingers are almost severed. they ache and burn so bad because of the products and files they use. and they didn't do anything about it when they saw my fingers were bleeding. appointments that i have are usually super slow and they take 45 minutes just for me to get shellac off and regular nail polish on
