Always a pleasant experience. Usually easy to get an appointment on the same day you call, and I am often able to walk-in. All of the employees who work here are kind & professional, and do a wonderful job with nails, eyebrows etc. Appointments never feel too rushed or too long and they pay close attention to detail.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, Quality
The worst experience ever. I got a manicure yesterday. No greeting, no communication, very indifferent attitude, a bad service with uneven colour, the jell coat only covered part of the nails. What is worse, one of my fingers still hurts now, because she polished it too much. Not worth the price at all.

I came in for a manicure and witnessed the manager arguing with a client who apparently was there the day before for a pedicure and was unsatisfied with the result. The client was calm and was simply asking for them to buff her heels to fix it or for money back because she felt she had paid for a service she did not receive.The manager was very unprofessional and started yelling at the client saying she was rude and picky yesterday and that she was recording her right now and yelled at her to get out of the store. She was basically in tears carrying her small son out of the store. I left without

Our family goes here to get their eyebrows done. Waxing and threading are both available and we have been happy with the results. They also do the standard nails and spa but we haven't tried these yet. The ladies that work here are nice. A side note, the parking can be a bit busy since it's in the Save-on Foods mall. Very good location and convenient to get to.

I absolutely love this place. Staff is very friendly and the place is kept really clean. Truly a relaxing experience.! I always had a wonderful experience just getting a manicure, pedicure and threading. Can't wait for my massage! Me and my friend have already visited the place many times and we still desire to return for more
