CEFAP is funded by Employer remittances on a per hour worked basis for all trades employed pursuant to the terms of the collective agreements negotiated by CLRA. The Case Management program provides after care services when a Canadian Model A&D violation has occurred. The Rapid Site Access Program (RSAP) is a voluntary program where unionized workers can gain access to participation industrial work sites.

Online E-Learning for Front Line Leaders working in the Construction and Plant Maintenance Industries on the Canadian Model. Better SuperVision is jointly owned by the Building Trades of Alberta and Construction Labour Relations - An Alberta Association. The program receives direction by an appointed Board of Directors from the Alberta contractor, building trades, and owner/client community.
Services
Construction Labour Relations (an Alberta Association) is an employers' association representing construction companies in collective bargaining with the Building Trades Unions, collective agreement administration, labour law matters, and joint initiatives with other industry stakeholders. We deliver comprehensive programs to foster safe, healthy and productive workplaces in the construction industry.

This program offers the knowledge and tools to effectively manage alcohol and drug issues in the workplace consistent with all aspects of the Canadian Model Alcohol and Drug Policy. This program provide our learners with focused skills and perspective necessary to be successful as leaders.

Supervisory challenges such as safe work performance, documentation, record keeping, workplace diversity, effective communication, and work planning are but a few of the key issues BSV graduates will be equipped to manage.
