Went there to pick up some FedEx packages. Staff is helpful, I thought the store was also well organized. It’s small though, so only 3 people inside at one time.

I shipped a couple of boxes to US from this location. They insisted that I needed insurance for the value I wanted to declare and that the systems would not allow then to ship without insurance. I was pressed for time and agreed to pay extra. It turned out that they shipped with a faster and more expensive services, when I specifically asked for ground shipping. That's why the price was much higher. I will not be using this location again.

Great experience picking up my package! The owner was very kind and stayed open at least 20 minutes late to help a customer find address details. I unknowingly arrived when they were closed and this was happening but despite being closed, she still got my package for me.

Very friendly and reliable staff.
Shipping for many years with them now. Trust the service and price I get every time.
Some times there is wait but I guess shipping paper work does take long to service each customer they have to help and its good that they take their time to make sure all is correct rather than shipping to wrong destinations.

How on earth is this a pick up centre, with hours same as everyone else's working hours. Please either open at 7am or close at 7pm. This location just doesn't make sense. FUXK!
