The BEST customer service I have experienced in a very long while. Quick to answer emails and very helpful over the phone. I purchased my 3D printer on Amazon and chose to purchase from Mech (who is a seller on their platform) BECAUSE of all the amazing reviews for their customer service. Brought a CR6SC 3D printer from through amazon from MESH SOLUTIONS. Had a crack glass ask for a replacement, but the person I was dealing with is no longer work at the company. Got hold of Alex and explain to him about my situation and got the replacement glass approx ONE yr later! Happy that they stand behind their product !

Could not have been happier with my experience. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable, and clearly had a lot of enthusiasm for his work.
I picked up a used Ender V2 and between the price and service, I honestly feel like I got a better deal than if I had gotten new. Good service earns good reviews, keep it up everyone.

The best place to buy any of your printers, parts, accessories, or filament. I have used Mech Solutions for about 6 months now. They have always been incredibly helpful. They have a wide variety of parts I am in constant need of. As anyone printing knows it's just a matter of time before a part goes lol.

I bought an Anycubic Mega Zero 2.0 from them at the beginning of the summer and have used their customer support a few times for anything from standard issues due to wear and tear as well as getting information and help on problems that I really could not find help for anywhere else.

I am absolutely amazed with the quality and performance of my Ender3 V2. I am new to 3d printing but wanted to get into printing RC car parts. I purchased the Ender 3V2 with little knowledge and research and I am glad I went with this printer. It took me maybe an hour to setup and has been flawless ever since. It has exceeded my expectations and i have printed many items in the last month from fidget toys for my kids, school project, parts for my atv and many many scale rc items that i could not source locally or that were discontinued.
