We were very happy with the way that Sophia was able to correctly value, market and sell our home. The realtor we initially listed with was not connected with clients looking for the size and type of home we were selling. Sophia had the correct clientele to connect us with the proper buyer. Sophia knows the Burnaby area very well and can properly judge the value of local real estate.

We came to Vancouver from out of province not knowing the city or what neighborhood would suit us and our pets. Since we are transitioning into retirement we also were looking for features in our future home that had never been particularly important to us before and communities that previously would not have appealed to us.
