Saw a beedie truck driving down in langley by willowbrook in an extrememly unsafe manner in front of us with full rods of REBAR exposed on the back, not flagged off, tied down or secured with the hatch down. This is a gross violation of public safety standards and vehicle safety standards! This is how you get a final destination situation.

Good to have a DT presence, as this is their DT office location, off Thurlow, for a very good reason.
They just don't only develop residential condos but do capital financing by taking equity positions. Obviously, a great partner to work with. Truly a Canadian success story, and commendable for their donations, specifically to SFU.
