We ship Canada wide ($20 flat rate, or $10 in Ontario as we are based in ON so we are able to offer flat rate for less due to reduced shipping cost), to all 13 provinces/territories. I put two items in my shopping cart online on Dec 10. I then got distracted and completely forgot to complete my order, checkout and pay. I remembered on Dec 20th, by which time one of my items was out of stock in the warehouse. I called the store and the lady I spoke to found the last one on the shelf in the store. They added it to my order and dispatched it the same day. I received it just 24 hours later! I would certainly recommend Blighty's.

Whether I'm having the items delivered to myself in Barrie, my brother in Mississauga, or my nana in Bayfield, the items always arrive in amazing time, and packaged so carefully that I never worry about item damage! I just wanted to add my 5 stars! I have ordered several times and everything has been top notch. As others have mentioned, the packaging is excellent ensuring that all of the goods arrive safely and the handwritten notes are such a nice touch! I stock up on Silver Shred here for my dad since it is one of the few places you can actually find it and I bought some nice Christmas treats to give to family and friends this year. Will be recommending this store to all our family and friends looking for British goods and I hope to visit the store in person someday!

Love Blighty's! I've ordered from them several times now, and it always arrives promptly and so very well packed. Everything inside is snug, secure & arrives intact. Even the crisps! Other places could learn a thing or two about packing up a shipping box... The personalized, handwritten postcard is a nice touch, too. We get all of our Christmas treats from here: advent calendars, British chocolates, stocking stuffers, biscuits, crisps, crackers, tea, etc.They are always very transparent about the expiration dates, which can be a concern when ordering from the UK to Canada and then to local customers

We love Blighty's and it fills a void when we're craving British goodies that we just can't find anywhere else. The selection is amazing. Everything is packed perfectly and arrives quickly - the handwritten notes are lovely! We just got a big order a couple of weeks ago and will be placing another order for Xmas very soon!

Every order is spot on and carefully packaged with a lovely handwritten note. My go to shop for the stuff I can't get here I wish there were more variety of crisps but stocking product that expires is challenging enough without catering to every customers wish. I'm happy every time I order from Blightys. Highly recommended.

This was my first time ordering from Blighty's and I can't wait until my box of goodies runs out so that I can order again! The prices are the best I've found amongst import stores and I'm so impressed with the variety of items they have in stock. Everything was packed to perfection, the free ice packs to keep the chocolate from melting during delivery was brilliant, and the enclosed handwritten postcard was so thoughtful and really tipped it over the top. We're so pleased and will be ordering again soon!

Another order received today. So fast! Placed it on the weekend. Love the friendly personal note that is always included. And they are so thoughtful… my chocolate was in a foil thermal bag to stop it from melting, and the thermal pack was then packed in the middle of the box. Awesome!!!! Love this store and their customer service! Will continue to be a returning customer!

I love that this store has so many fruit cake options as I wanted to get one for my mom for Christmas/her birthday. Sadly I ordered late online and many were sold out. I got a cute "snowflake" design iced cake from Mark's &Spencer and it was approx $50. There was a delay in the delivery but that's just due to time of year I'm sure.
