I Like the service that Cartly provides. The products are good. Point I find a little amusing is that it charges a delivery fee, also handling fees then the handling fee is again taxed, which I find a lot strange.

It’s been a great experience in terms of service, response to emails , refunds for missing items and the fresh produce delivered in each order . This is probably the most disappointed I have been with anybody, any company. Every single order I have received from Cartly has been riddled with complaints that I have raised. Rotten produce, incomplete orders, flies in groceries etc. Haven't received 1 good order them so far. I understand that the products are third party and they only sell them… but I am just disappointed with the quality and service. They just don't want to be responsible. The rice I ordered last week, I opened the pack today and found it full of bugs. When I complained, they just don't seem to bother!

They do not refund the money for the items they missed delivering. No response and no customer support.
Since they take your money and not deliver, they are basically robbing you.

I started ordering Indian groceries using Cartly from past 1.5 years. Services were really good and so do the groceries. However recently they have stopped doorstep delivery. I have sent them emails and reminders around 5 times so they can deliver using possible options like delivering in my lobby area with suite number etc or adding doorstep fees and delivering to my doorstep, but they no longer care about their regular customers these days and have not even responded to my email with any possible ways to deliver groceries. Every time I order Grocery I'm happy with products, price and packing. This time I'm so disappointed with packing. If you pack bread, milk, few vegetables and fruits in one bag can you imagine what will happen (breads & salt box got squeezed, etc..) So I gave 2 stars less for packaging.

We ordered a fairly large basket for the very first and 4-5 items did not arrive. The websote contact us form pretty much does not work and facebook throws an automated reply. On trying the operator it asked us to leave a message, we did. Also sent an email. Been more than 2 days since order was delivered but no response yet
