I had issues with ongoing flickering lights that BC Hydro had established were being caused by a malfunctioning connection on the house mounting base behind the SmartMeter. I contacted both BC Hydro Express Connection and Chilliwack Electrical Services to start the arrangements to have this fixed. First thing next morning, I was back in contact with Chilliwack Electrical Services and within minutes we had a plan in place.

We used Chilliwack electrical for a hot tub install, their prices were excellent compared to other companies we checked out. We had a mix up about the wiring needed(our fault), and they were extremely quick to come back and change it for us at a minimal cost. Every staff member we interacted with were kind and helpful. Will definitely go to them for any future electrical needs.

I believe in dealing with a Reputable Company such as Chilliwack Electric, everything is upfront and direct. Noah, appeared this day, and Professionalism all round, a nice manner also. He got to task and in short order the work was completed to my satisfaction. Whatever the Owners practise is in the hiring Department, kudos to You, as competent Staff is hard to find this day and age. I speak highly of the company, from front desk to Installer. THANKYOU !!

Called at 9am and Rob was here within the hour. Did a few tests and managed to find the tripping circuit problem immediately. Was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very careful with my boyfriends studio desk (which was made by his Father who passed recently). Highly recommend them for any job big or small. While I hope we don't have any more electrical issues I will not hesitate to call them again.

It was a pleasure to deal with Chilliwack Electric for my recent residential work - Logan and Mark were extremely easy to deal with, and really helpful all steps of the way.
I was extremely happy with the work that was done and how up front they were about everything. They performed the work within the quoted price, and didn't hesitate to provide support/answer questions after the electrical work was done and the bill was paid.
Good customer service seems to be a dying art, but these guys were a pleasant surprise!
