I am a first home owner who arrived to Canada not log ago. At the start of the mortgage process, I had no idea where to start from. A Friend recommended Lucy Melino. I can say now, Lucy was the right person for this which ended out with buying a nice condo. She engages with you at each step and tells you in advance what to expect, and what to avoid.
