Worst auto insurance company i had seen ever. I had my car insurance policy going on with this company for last two years, they claim that I've been living on different address though i have their insurance discount app on my phone that records all my trips. I've send them pictures of my trips for last 3 months, still won't agree.. Even i provided them my lease papers clearly mentioned my name on it still they rejected my proof and want to cancel my policy...... totally disappointed with em... there was a guy named ishrat, he was handling my case I've been asking him whats wrong with my paper work

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY POLICY FROM THIS AGENCY. One of the most unprofessional and rudely behaving staff I have ever seen in canada. A guy Nipun Sachdev one of the most rudest person to talk to, asked me why I bought an old car(2003 Civic) instead of a new one. How dares he can ask me this question which is totally my choice. He denied me giving full coverage for my car and told me I can go somewhere else but desjardins online customer service were able to provide it to me. One suggestion: Management should either kick-out these kind of personalities or educate them basic customer dealing skills

Harkirath Kaur is amazing..I was having trouble with other Insurance co and their rates. She was patient, ran through all my options, got my rate down to half of what I was being charged. I can't say enough about the staff and the communication I received. Friendly, helpful and she went out of her way to help.
