I contacted Acco Canada Refrigeration as I noticed our subzero fridge was no longer operating properly, the fridge was not really getting cold as it should be normally. From my initial contact with Acco company over the phone, I knew I made the right decision. The technician was friendly and very focused on helping me diagnose the problem, which was a problem with the faulty control unit in the freezer.

Another successful experience with Jesse who fixed our SUB ZERO Fridge. Top notch service, highly recommended! Efficient, punctual, highly professional and honest. Customer service was great, they accommodated my busy schedule and sent me a reminder in advance of my appointment. This guy doesn't know what he's doing. Said it could be one of two things and we would try the cheaper alternative. He did the work and told me that it appeared to be working and that the freezer would reach temperature in 2 to 3 hours. It took more like 14 hours and within 2 days, it was broken again. He came back and took a look and said, "oh, that wasn't the problem after all - it's something else entirely". He offered a partial credit for the part he wrongly installed which didn't work and gave a quote for what he thought needed to be done. Totally didn't trust him at this point. We ended up

Ice was forming in the ventilation system of my fridge and I called Acco. The repairman came over and changed a small plastic/styrofoam component for $300 - I figured I was getting a high quality professional service and agreed.
I was told the fridge would get cold by the next morning. Unfortunately the fridge didn't get cold. The repairman didn't seem to have any sense of ownership for his work. He just comes up with excuses and additional costs.
After finally getting fed up I told him I was going to call someone else but would be posting a negative review for this business.
