Obviously Boots Transport doesn't want experienced truck drivers. I had applied to this company looking for work as a class 1 driver with some 30 years of experience with a spotless CDL with flat decks, reefer, specialized equipment trailers, etc. My past experience also included being a Safety Director, Safety Manager, CDL driver instructor,… classroom instructor and a safety program training developer. I was told in a canned message that the company has moved on to the next level in its hiring for a class 1 driver and I was not chosen, thanks for applying. Excuse me!! I can only imagine

LESS than POOR for a rating!!! Very poor communication with this company , they rob pay off every cheque by picking and choosing what they want to pay for this time around. They communicate by text and then they still don't read them but that might be due to the fact the staff is overworked and to many jobs to handle for one person. This company has the worst interpersonal customer service I have ever seen in a company. I definitely would rate this company with negative stars if possible.
