Alcorn Music Studios is dedicated to bringing the best in contemporary music education to students of every age. AMS opened in 2006 and is owned and operated by professional musicians.
We enhance our students musical experience by offering performance opportunities throughout the year. We also offer programming for young students, teens and adult learners. Our group courses include the Ukulele Social Hour, Student and Adult Jam Bands, Jazz Jam Workshops and more. During the summer months we offer a variety of music camps.

Services
Contemporary, Classical, Choral, Broadway, Jazz, Blues, or Folk, we start with a solid foundation. Whether you study for your own enjoyment or to complete RCM or Contemporary Idioms we are here to encourage you. Chose your instrument and musical style and we will help choose an experienced instructor for you.
Elise teaches jazz piano, as well as classical and jazz theory. She specializes in jazz and soul in addition to contemporary and classical styles. Elise teaches intermediate to advanced students, and coaches vocalists interested in building a repertoire. Elizabeth teaches voice, piano and song writing in a variety of styles including classical, contemporary, folk, pop, and broadway.
Tim also teaches intermediate to advanced ukulele. Rob offers lessons on electric and acoustic guitar, electric bass and ukulele. Rob teaches students of all ages in a variety of styles including rock, pop, blues, metal and classical guitar. He also teaches lead guitar, pop/rock basics and Conservatory Canada's Contemporary Idioms for guitar.
Mike McNeil strives to provide music education in a relaxed environment to students of all ages. Nawfel teaches classical violin, viola, piano, guitar, bass, ukulele and music theory and to students of all ages. Aiden teaches cello, piano, and music theory lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
We have Rock Bands, Acoustic Bands, Country Bands, Blues Bands, Folk Bands, Cover Bands, and Original Bands. Our members return year after year and call us their musical home! What is Jam Band? Bands are assembled according to playing abilities, musical tastes and age - or you can bring your own band ready to rock.
