Like many other (but not all) landlords in the city of Toronto, Park Property does not really care about its tenants. They will do strictly what they have to do by law and nothing else. Sure, their frontline employees — supers, technicians, etc— work hard and professionally. But the company itself treats all tenants good and bad the same way—poorly.

My experience with Park Property Management has been very good. The Rental Agent was very personable and professional and was most helpful in getting me through the initial process of finding the right apartment.
Then my move-in and tour was very smooth and friendly with the help of the Superintendant couple. They went out of their way to facilitate a locker space I needed and make me welcome and at home. I am happy with my new home.

Applied for an apt. Was told by the superintendent that I got the apartment. Then received an email a few days later stating my application was denied. This was AFTER I pre-paid for movers, paid 1st and last up front, gave them my whole private life on paper. I went to the head office and one staff member appeared to be annoyed that I came there. I had no choice, no one was calling me back after a week of leaving 3 messages. The administration of this company make you feel like you are below them.

I first reported my leaking roof to Park Property Mgt, Inc in September 2013. The manager from the Stratford office came out that same fall to inspect. Said they weren't doing anything if "water isn't leaking inside yet". Cut to December 2016, after reporting the leak at least 2 more times, no repairs were done. Now water is coming in around our balcony door, and dripping through a crack in a water stain through our master BR ceiling. Over the past several years Park has done many "curb appeal", cosmetic type improvements. All winter Park Property kept saying, "
