They are completely unprofessional and rude.
I tried emailing and calling multiple times and there was no room to leave messages on their answering machines the multiple times I called, over the span of 2 weeks.
I also emailed 3 times before finally receiving an answer in improper and poor English,
"Pls call *****"
Then when they finally decided to call me back, it was at 1030am during my work hours.
I was then told they had tried contacting contacting to no avail and that I was just not answering my phone. It seems to me they don't consider anyone else's time.

Worst customer service ever. Dont pick up the phone calls and never return the phone call. We tried to send them e-mails for the issues we were encountering but to no avail.
Terrible , terrible , terrible company with no work ethics .Their main focus is to collect the cheques, nothing beyond that. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst and most unprofessional property management you can imagine. Will not fix broken soap dispensers for weeks on end. Urinals constantly out of commission, toilets don’t flush etc. Issues with bathroom have to be some sort of hygiene violation.

WORST Customer service ever! Very rude.
we had a emergency situation in our building, we called their office. The lady that picked up the phone was rude and hanged up the phone one me. Very bad experience we had with this company.

We haven't had air conditioning in our building all summer. To top that, we haven't had air ventilation either. When I asked the property manager to please, AT LEAST, make sure we have ventilation running his responses was 'Why? You can breathe can't you?". Worst property management company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Deer Valley Holding should fire them immediately.

1.They never pick up the phone when you need to talk to them. So you leave a voicemail, and they only return your call just before they leave office at 5pm. No call backs during normal business hours. This means you need to wait at least one business day to actually talk to them if you miss their return call.
2. Absolutely rude: especially the rental agent lady called Sarah at extension 222, she likes to talk on speaker phone with terrible phone quality and blame you for not understanding what she's saying, and hang up on you while you're still talking. She calls back with a different number,

My mail got stolen at christmas and my sons present was in there and they knew about it and didnt call the police nor even let me know that it was stolen. then when i called and told them they said they knew and they werent going to report it cause it wasnt there mail.
they allow drug dealing theives to live in their buildings. worst property mangament ever.
