My daughter picked up her retainer today after having her braces removed earlier this week. Dr. Cowan, Sindy and all the staff have been amazing with her since the first day we walked into their office 30 months ago. Over the 30 months, my daughter always looked forward to her appointments. We just started seeing Dr. Cohen and he's been fantastic. One bracket popped off yesterday and got really worried as we're going away, sent him a message and he rapidly responded, saw us today, and everything is all sorted. We really appreciate the great service and how quickly he accommodated his schedule.

I'm just about to get my first set of Invisalign aligners and so far I've had one of the best experiences ever at this place. They are quick to respond to emails and phone calls. They are very friendly and personable, willing to negotiate with down payments and monthly payments. You can tell they care about each of their clients individually and want to give them the best experience possible. Highly recommend this place!!

I highly recommend Braces Haven. The staff did a wonderful job making my daughter (and me) feel welcomed and well taken care of. Dr. Charles Cohen has a very calm, gentle approach and we were comfortable with his recommendation to correct my daughter's teeth grinding/overbite issue.The office is beautifully done and filled with light.

The free consultation was very informative. Dr. Cohen and his treatment coordinator Sindy did an in-depth exam and discussed the treatment options for our son. They were very helpful and worked with me and my husband until we had a payment plan we were comfortable with. We did not feel pressured at any point and appreciated how genuine they were. They definitely met and exceeded our expectations!

I loved his honest opinion. My dentist said I should do Invisalign but I had doubts it would work so I went to see Dr. Cohen. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me why he thought I would be happier with braces to fix my crooked teeth. Although I was not keen on braces at my age, I didn’t want to waste time and money. Only 10 months later and I’m almost done my treatment, my braces are going to be removed in 6 weeks and it was absolutely the right decision. I’m glad I took his advice.

Dr. Cohen and the team at Braces Haven are outstanding! My daughter was always very self-conscious and had anxiety about her teeth but they took the time to explain the procedures and make her feel comfortable. Extremely professional and courteous. Now her smile looks amazing and she is actually proud to show her teeth in pictures!

My experience with Braces Haven was definitely spectacular! I have never had a doctor that is more empathetic towards his patients than Dr. Cohen. His assistants always went above and beyond to make sure my Invisalign appointments were great experiences. I am very happy my treatment is finished, but if I had to do it again I would without blinking an eye. That’s a testament to Dr. Cohen and his welcoming practice!
