I assumed the technician would show up and just spray around the house and leave. Instead, she came to the house and spent quite a bit of time searching around the house, watching where the ants were moving and trying to get a real understanding of what was happening. She then came up with a plan to fix our immediate problems and maintain the ant control for longer term. Great technician, great pricing and amazing results. Far exceeded my expectations!

Kevin came out to our new house because we had a ton of box elder beetles, and were concerned about black widows as we had seen some. He arrived, and took time to listen to our concerns, inspect the property, and helped identify problem areas.
We had a large area to spray and he took his time to make sure he got every crack, window, under the deck, etc. Due to how many areas we had to spray he was here for 3 hours and never made us feel rushed, at the end he did a walk around with us to make sure he got every area of concern.

Kevin of QFI was informative, prepared and totally professional. After accessing our issues he was confident of the findings and provided us the options. The follow up led to capture of a rodent on first re-visit and follow up visits provided us with a full plan moving forward. No surprises and costing exactly as quoted. I will recommend QFI to anyone with a pest problem

I cannot say enough good things about QFI. Nicole is amazing, professional, thorough and you can tell she loves her job! She's so friendly and takes the time to talk to me about what she's found and the best course of action. She has eliminated my spider problem, and has taken care of a rat as well! When I needed an issue (the rat in my attic) addressed outside of my usual servicing Kevin had no problem coming and spending the time to assess the situation and prevent further issues. I recommend QFI to everyone, hands down.
