I am in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and I am a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario (RMTAO). I have earned additional training in specialized Massage Therapy techniques including Hot Stone, Ultrasound, and TENS. I am also a Massage Therapy instructor at a local college.
With my services, I take a gradual approach toward alleviating your areas of pain and tension. It's almost like peeling back an onion to gradually manage all the layers and complexities that make up your body. Your first appointment with me will be one hour long. During the first portion of that hour, I will ask you to fill out a confidential Health History Form.

Your therapist will go over your health-history form with you to determine your treatment needs and goals. First treatments are usually one-hour in length and include an assessment. After your first treatment, the duration and frequency of your visits will be based on your preference and your therapist's recommendations.
