We have just returned from a trip necessitated by a family emergency. While there, regulations were altered and airlines cancelled return flights to Canada. Airline after airline left us with no news /no alternate flights and no information. In desperation we contacted Lorie Partridge at Whitby Kemp. she responded immediately, researched… /contacted airlines, other agents and developed a feasible plan for our return after hours and hours of work. When that airline cancelled, she reworked everything and assisted us to return. In the meantime, Lorie emailed all the required forms to be completed

My husband and I celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary June 9th. We approached Erin Kemp and told her we wanted to spend our entire trip in Rome, we had never been to Italy. She put together a trip that covered everything we wanted and more. So, so happy with what she arranged for us. We will truly remember this trip fondly.

My fiance and I booked a Mediterranean Cruise with Kemp Travel through Ashley last September. I was so impressed with her customer service and attention to detail.
