For the purpose of processing this application the undersigned (the "Customer") hereby authorizes National Concrete Accessories Canada Inc. ("NCA") to investigate the Customer's credit experience with suppliers, banks and other institutions with which the applicant has conducted business. NCA shall determine in its sole discretion the amount and whether to grant credit to the Customer.

I would like to thank Anthony for his assistance is making sure my husband and I bought what we needed. He genuinely seemed happy to help us and was very enthusiastic in his explanations. He knows his stuff and we were impressed at how he could multi-task while helping us. Certainly a much better experience than when we shop at Home Depot.

My first visit was a good experience. National Concrete came highly recommended by a fellow associate in the industry. I appreciated Anthony’s honesty and knowledge. He spared me silly sales pitches that annoy me and pretty much explained in detail what I needed and why. That type of sales integrity is hard to find know a days as many people in that role just want to take your money. I will visit again for sure and recommend the company and Anthony to others.
