We were referred to Thistlecreek by a neighbor and have been very impressed with Monica and her team. They are very willing to do more than is required and we love all the workers that come and take my husband for a walk. (Thanks Nicola!)

I have had excellent help since my wife passed away a few years ago. I needed help in a number of household activities such cooking, grocery lists, sewing and many
other items such as assistance in walking out doors. My care givers are friendly, competent, trustworthy and empathetic .

I can't thank the staff at Thistlecreek enough for all their support with my elderly father. They went above and beyond to care for my father and demonstrated over and over what a compassionate and caring company they are. The email and telephone conversations were prompt, compassionate and I could reach out for support or advice at any time. Many thanks to Judith and the careworkers who tended to my father. There has been no more challenging time in the senior care, health care business than this past year. Thistlecreek Health Care Inc. and every team member they placed with us withstood and managed tremendous pressure with grace and kindness putting systemic challenges, Covid concerns, and others before themselves managing large teams of very stressed family members and health care systems while managing their own personal response to Covid. Caring, helpful, punctual, and flexible. Thistlecreek helped my 95 year old grandmother over the last five years or so of her life live independently and comfortably in her own home. They have also helped me with light housekeeping, meal preparation and cooking, which has been invaluable as a professional with young children. Highly recommended!

We have been using Thistlecreek healthcare for many years. They cared for both my parents and took great care when my mom was going through cancer. They now look after my elderly father. They are very professional and take care of everything right down to grocery shopping and picking up medication. The girls are very good with my dad's dog as well and take him for walks! We have been using Thistlecreek Services for 9 months. We have found them to be responsive to our needs and quick to address any of our questions. We have used the services of several of the staff, all of whom have been polite, prompt and caring. Our regular staff member is all of the above as well as a great communicator and encourager.

I would highly recommend the services of Thistlecreek Health Care in Oakville. This centre is run by a very dedicated lady and her staff is extremely caring. We are very thankful for the great personalized care our friend received in the last 6 months. She was treated with dignity at all times. The staff even provided assistance to the nursing staff while she was in the hospital and enabled our friend to virtually connect with family and friends which was extremely appreciated by all.
