We've used Rodman's for as our furnace maintance company for 18 years. They have done an excellent job of maintaining our 20+ year old furnance. We made the decision this year as parts are becoming scarce that we should replace the system before we have a problem. Called the office, Dave from sales came out the next day to make his recommendations on what would work best in our home. He did a great job explaining our choices (we went with Napolean as it's locally made). The job was scheduled for the following week and the crew was in and out in day. New furnance and AC install completed and work

Was sitting downstairs beside my furnace removing decorations from an old Christmas tree needing replaced , when on came my NEW furnace and blower. It was so quiet if a creature was stirring or even a mouse I would have heard. Santa stop here you will be warm and cozy or next summer when the new a/c will keep you cool. Thank you to Rodmans, great service, nice employees, Kirk you should be proud.

I'd contacted Rodman's to look at having my water replaced by a tankless one as I was looking to finish the portion of my basement where the original was installed. The technician who came walked me through all the options, pros and cons, as well as pointing out my intake line was only 1/2 inch - which is below the recommended size. I opted to move the existing tank. The crew that came to move the tank were polite, clean (left zero mess), did exactly what I wanted and were in and out quickly. The price was completely reasonable. I had also initially contacted another company which took forever

If you are looking to get your furnace inspection done or for any of your heating and cooling needs, then Rodmans Heating & Air Conditioning is the place to call. Russ was our service person and was really impressed with his knowledge, street smarts and his feedback during the inspection. Very thorough, friendly and professional throughout while… always maintaining social distancing at all times. Gave us some great tips also to get the best use of our furnace too. Will definitely use RODMANS again for all of our heating or ac needs. I couldn’t help but feel smarter after he left

Our furnace was intermittently shutting off on its own without reaching set temperature. We called Rodman's when they opened in the morning and they were at our house an hour later. The technician knew what the problem was before even looking at it based on the description of the issue we gave over the phone. It was a clogged drain pipe and he had it cleared out and running back to normal within 20 minutes. We will definitely be using Rodman's from now on for any heating/a.c. needs. Highly recommend.

Throughout two home visits pre-install, several phone calls and emails between Kirk (manager) and Deb (office) and the install in addition to a post-install check up myself and my family couldn't be happier with our… service.

From start to finish this is an amazing company with the best customer service. From the owner, Kirk coming out and giving us a quote and not trying to sell something we may not need, to dealing with Deb & Dianne in the office to arrange everything. To the technicians Russ, Gary, Steve thank you for doing such an amazing job and having to listen to our yappy puppy the whole time LOL, This is why this company has been around since 1949, many companies could learn a lot from you guys.
