Our AC stopped working. Paul started by walking me through some possible fixes I could complete myself. Once we resolved that those weren't the issues, he came by within 24 hours and found the issue; he replaced the capacitor. He followed up later that day to ensure everything was still running well. Great value and friendly service.

Paul Hughes at Hughes Home Services was an incredible help. With the cooler weather last week, my husband and I decided to turn on our furnace and it turned on just fine. However by the evening we noticed that there was not heat coming through the vents. My husband tried to troubleshoot the issue with no luck. I called Paul the next morning and although his schedule was full that day, he was able to walk us through a few things we could try over the phone. I had Paul install the gas line for my gas pool heater. He came quickly to provide a quote, and was flexible in booking a time to come to install the line (we had to coordinate with the pool installers). His work was top quality, and he was very detail oriented making sure everything was done neatly and correctly. I would definitely call Paul again if I needed any further work done.
