We recently had approximately 1000 sq. ft. of our basement finished by OGC. This consisted of a living room, dry kitchen with cabinetry, bedroom, vanity, walk in closet, and bathroom c/w shower. When the plans came to life, we were very pleased with the results. The completed rooms are very attractive and exactly what we wanted. The company provided excellent materials and workmanship. The project was completed quickly, efficiently, and quite in line with the original schedule. All of the office and operations staff at OGC have been professional and extremely pleasant. I would like to share my experience with Ottawa General Contractors.I'm sure it will help others as well. I was going to do a finished basement with them and for more than a month i was trying to finalise everything on my side. Unfortunately I couldn't make it. Meanwhile they were working layout and drawings for the basement.
When I told that I wont be continuing the work,the management was absolutely understanding. The gentlemen that I was dealing with Bryan Sim had spent hours on meetings and drawings for me. But still when I told them I wont be able to do the basement they refunded my money

I needed help with a small project in my home and although OGC's services aren't exactly what I needed, Nick was very helpful in his communication, left me a voice message, texted me, and called me back at my availability. He gave me recommendations on where to find what I'm looking for instead which I thought was really nice considering we won't be actively working together!

We purchased a home in Ottawa a couple of months ago to be our future forever home. During the process we searched and interviewed a number of contractors prior to hiring OGC for design and build of our project. As a trade partner electrician, my team and I have been working with Ottawa General Contractors for the past 4 years and have yet to see another contractor as professional, customer driven, and as keen on quality of workmanship. The entire staff of OGC are wonderful to work with. I mainly interact with the project managers Allan, Paolo, Michael, and Robert are always punctual, detail oriented, and very involved throughout the jobs, which makes them great team leaders. I work with OGC on the back end as a supplier. We've worked together for a few years now, they're very easy to work with. Their Designers are professional and knowledgeable, they make payments on time, and they send a lot of business to our local shop. We love working with them, and hope to continue to do so!
